MULTAN: As per details, a fire that broke out at the house of 30-year-old Sajjad of Burewala on Monday caused Sajjad to receive severe burn injuries as he tried to extinguish the fire on self-help basis.
90 percent of Sajjad’s body was affected by the blaze and was shifted to the Burn Unit of Nishtar Hospital, Multan in a critical condition. He later died during the night.
Police have shifted the body to the mortuary of Nishtar Hospital for autopsy.
