Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Tuesday asked MNA Daniyal Aziz to appear before the commission in person or through counsel on June 7.
According to a notice issued by ECP, Daniyal Aziz has been asked to appear before the ECP on application under Section 103/A of the ROP Act, 1976 read with Election Commission Order, 2002, Contempt of Court Ordinance 2003 and all other enabling provisions of law for time being applicable in Pakistan for initiating contempt proceedings against respondent.
