President Mamnoon Hussain says Pakistan is desirous of peace and stability in the region and will welcome positive role of international community in this regard.
He was talking to Italian Army Chief General Danilo Errico in Islamabad on Thursday. The president said Pakistan has rendered unprecedented sacrifices to curb the menace of extremism. He said Pakistan attached great importance to its cooperation with Italy in all spheres including defence.
