LAHORE: Police arrested at least five suspects during search operations in various parts of Lahore on Thursday, according to reports.
SP Model Town and SP Iqbal Town were monitoring the searches whereas police parties from Nishtar Colony, Sabzi Mandi, Muslim Town and Millat Park took part in the search operations.
At least 110 houses and flats were searched during the operation and biometric devices were used for identification purposes. Police took the five suspects in custody who failed to produce any identification document during the operation.
The arrested persons were later shifted to the police station for further investigation.
