Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has been hospitalized in Toronto due to a chest infection.
A PAT spokesperson said that Qadri was shifted to a hospital after his condition deteriorated.
Doctors at the hospital said that Qadri’s condition will likely improve in the next 24 hours.
Medical tests were also carried out at the hospital.
