ISLAMABAD: A case has been filed against the father of Facebook star Qandeel Baloch over defecting from his statement in the murder case of his daughter, according to media reports.
An investigation officer has filed a case against Baloch’s father Mohammad Azeem under Section 213 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) in Chehleek Police Station over defecting from his statement against suspect Aslam Shaheen in the murder case.
Shaheen was nominated in the murder case by Baloch’s father.
Internet celebrity Qandeel Baloch was strangulated to death allegedly by her brother in Multan last year.
