Urdu is used as a medium of instruction for all subjects in government schools in Pakistan. Although English is made a compulsory subject, students remain incapable of having a command over it as compared to the students studying in private schools. This results in a divide between students of private and government schooling sector. Therefore, I request the government to change the medium of instruction to English to eradicate such a divide.
