Shahryar Khan hopeful about teams good performance in Hamilton Test

Following a comprehensive eight-wicket defeat in the opening Test against New Zealand, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Shahryar Khan has expressed confidence that the team will stage a strong comeback in the second and the final match against the Kane Williamson-led side beginning on Friday at Seddon Park in Hamilton.

Talking to media, PCB chief said that players were unaware of the pitch conditions due to which they were unable to perform well in the first Test.

He also said that PCB is not responsible if Pakistan Hockey Federation doesn’t return the money after taking the loan.

Khan said PHF was given Rs 10 million but it has not returned it yet.
