Communication system likely to be suspended ahead of Islamabad ‘lockdown’

The federal government has prepared a strategy to disconnect contact between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan and party leaders ahead of Islamabad ‘lockdown’.

According to reports in the media, communication system around Bani Gala and adjoining areas is likely to be suspended by putting jammers while Imran Khan would be kept under house arrest.

According to a government officer, Imran Khan is in continuous touch with Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri on Twitter and WatsApp.

However, the clash between government and PTI would badly affect general masses.
