First E-court starts working in Rawalpindi

First E-court formed under federal government has started working in Rawalpindi today (Wednesday).

According to details, E-court has recorded statements of as many as five witnesses including Sukkur National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Superintendent in Mudaraba case.

The honourable judge Sohail Nasir has remarked that the purpose of establishing E-court is to provide relief to the general masses.

The E-court would also facilitate elderly and sick people while those living abroad would also be able to record their stance through a video link.
