At least seven people were injured in a blast targeting a bus in Balochistan’s Khuzdar district on Monday.
A Levies official said that unidentified militants targeted the passenger bus through a remote-controlled IED in Khuzdar district’s Garisha area. The bus was coming from Turbat, he added.
The injured have been moved to the Khuzdar Civil Hospital where the condition of two people is said to be critical.
Khuzdar is considered one of the most sensitive districts of Balochistan where militants have been targeting security forces and national installations for more than a decade. Worsening law and order situation has forced hundreds of families to migrate from Khuzdar to different parts of Balochistan and Sindh.
