Aamna Taseer’s counsel rebuts her stepson’s allegations

In the proceedings of petition for registration of criminal case against Mrs Aamna Taseer, her counsel Barrister Haroon Dugal argued that all the allegations of forgery, fraud and misappropriation of monies leveled by Shaan Taseer against Aamna Taseer were false, frivolous and without any factual basis. He maintained, with the help of documentary proof that no question of misappropriation arises as the accounts of all the companies have been duly approved by independent auditors. Furthermore, enough documents are available to establish the falsity of all the allegations leveled by Shaan Taseer and motive behind all this is just to harass and to blackmail Mrs Taseer. On the request of counsel for Shaan Taseer, the court has adjourned the proceedings for March 4.
