Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Azmat Saeed has declared Saturday (today) a holiday in all courts of Punjab, in connection with the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) on Sunday, Rabi al-Awwal 12.

According to a notification issued by the LHC registrar, the LHC and all civil and sessions courts across Punjab will remain closed on Saturday, February 4. This year, the Eid Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH) is falling on Sunday. Therefore the LHC, in lieu of it, has given a holiday to the court staff on Saturday.
