At least three members of a family, including a mother and her two children, died of suffocation owing to overnight gas leakage in their room on Monday.
According to police sources, the tragedy befell to the household of Naimatullah in the city’s suburbs of Kachlaak Kali Sheikhan when the family was sleeping in their house. Police was called on Monday morning by neighbours for recovering the dead bodies.
The deceased were identified as Razia, ten-year-old Murad Khan and eleven-year-old Khairullah.
