Actress seeks help against husband

Actress Sumaira Rao on Tuesday appealed to the CJP and Punjab chief minister to issue directions for her protection, as her husband not only deceived her for eight years but also married another woman. Holding a press conference, she said that her husband Bilal Ahad had not only deprived her of her house and car but also subjected her to severe torture. She said that she had filed various applications with police for legal action against Bilal but police did not pay heed to her complaints.
