An anti-terrorism court (ATC), during the hearing of Benazir Bhutto (BB) assassination case on Saturday, issued arrest warrants of former military ruler Gen Pervez Musharraf.
The court, during the hearing at Adiala Jail, called for details of the assets of Pervez Musharraf, after the investigation agency Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) filed a petition for confiscation of the movable and immovable properties of the former president.
The court issued permanent arrest warrants of Musharraf, which will be valid till his arrest.
Director FIA informed the court in hearing that the case investigation officer Khalid Rasool has been restored and other court orders have also been implemented and requested for withdrawal of the contempt charges.
The court adjourned the hearing till June 25.
