Pleasant weather prevailed in the city as the citizens of Lahore witnessed short bursts of rain in various parts of the city on Saturday. Isolated rain and dust storms occurred at a few places in Rawalpindi, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. However weather remained hot and dry elsewhere in the country. Isolated rain and dust-thunderstorms are likely to occur in upper Punjab, Hazara, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir. The maximum temperature recorded in Lahore on Saturday was 41 degrees Celsius, whereas the mercury touched 50 degrees Celsius in Lasbella and Turbat. Citizens enjoyed the windy and wet weekend and visited various recreational places.
