Karachi braces for three-day rain spell from Tuesday
Pakistan Meteorological Department forecasts rain in Karachi from Tuesday for three days, with possible thunderstorms, gusty winds, and moderate to heavy downpours. Residents are urged to stay cautious and follow official updates.

KARACHI: The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast a three-day spell of rain in Karachi from Tuesday, bringing possible relief from the prevailing hot and humid conditions.
Moist currents from the Arabian Sea are expected to strengthen over Sindh, increasing the likelihood of rain, thunderstorms and gusty winds in Karachi and nearby areas from July 15 to July 17.
Moderate to heavy rainfall may occur in some parts of the city during the spell, while isolated areas could also experience strong winds and thunderstorms.
Authorities have advised residents to remain cautious during heavy rain, avoid unnecessary travel through waterlogged areas and follow official weather updates.
The expected rainfall may also lead to a decline in temperatures and improve weather conditions after several days of high humidity.
