Kobi Karp and Jolie Appointed by One Homes for Landmark Lahore West Development

LAHORE, Pakistan - Miami-based architect Kobi Karp is returning to Pakistan, this time alongside London interior design studio Jolie, for One Homes' upcoming Lahore West development. The two landmark design appointments, confirmed by One Homes, Pakistan's fastest-growing premium residential developer, also mark Jolie's first project in the country.

The appointments follow One Homes' significant land acquisition in Lahore West, where the developer is planning its next signature address, reserved for overseas Pakistanis.

For this project, Karp has cited a shift in design intent from import to interpretation, drawing on Lahore's layered architectural identity to inform a building that belongs to its city as much as it reaches beyond it. It is a shift shaped by experience: Karp previously served as lead design architect on One Canal Road, One Homes' flagship Lahore development that has since become one of the city's most recognised addresses, and his return signals both the strength of that collaboration and the ambition of what follows.

Alongside him is Jolie, the London-based interior design studio, its practice centred on how spaces are lived, how they feel underfoot, in ambient light, in the quiet moments between. That sensibility comes from a sensory-led design philosophy that treats atmosphere as architecture, reflected in a portfolio spanning Victoria Riverside in Manchester and The Nest in Frankfurt.
