'Eid hai ya Diwali?' Internet roasts Sistrology family for celebrating Eid with Bollywood dance
Sistrology’s Eid-ul-Adha celebration reel featuring a Bollywood dance track ignites online outrage, with users calling it cringe and asking “Eid hai ya Diwali?”

Sistrology is once again at the centre of social media drama — and this time, it is their Eid-ul-Adha celebration reel that has people furious, confused and heavily divided online.
The influencer family, known for loud family vlogs, hyper-energetic Instagram reels and flashy celebrations, posted a dance video featuring the sisters and their father dancing together to the Bollywood track Pappu Can’t Dance.
What was meant to be a festive Eid reel quickly turned into full-blown internet chaos. Social media users immediately began dragging the family for what many called “cringe,” “attention-seeking” and “tone-deaf” behaviour during Eid celebrations.
One furious commenter wrote: “Please teach your father some manners.”
Another mocked influencer culture itself, saying: “Now people won’t regret having daughters because they can become TikTokers and YouTubers and earn money for their family.”
Others were even harsher. “All of them are looking crazy,” one user commented, while another wrote: “I am even unfollowing those influencers who support and like their content.”
The criticism did not stop there.
Several users compared the family’s vibe to Indian influencer culture, with one viral comment reading: “Indian family lag rahay hain.”
Another user questioned the entire celebration style altogether, writing: “They don’t have common sense. Is it Eid or Diwali?”
Religious criticism also flooded the comments section, with many users saying the family had turned Eid into a performance for views and engagement. “May Allah guide them towards the right path,” one person commented.
The backlash is especially loud because Sistrology has become one of Pakistan’s biggest family influencer brands over the past few years.
The sisters first rose to fame during the COVID-19 lockdown era, building a massive online audience through YouTube vlogs, family challenges and lifestyle content before expanding into individual channels and brand deals. Today, the family reportedly commands a combined following of more than 6 million across platforms. But with fame has also come constant criticism — especially whenever the family posts highly performative celebration content.
And this Eid reel may have become one of their most brutally roasted uploads yet.
