Sindh reviews China MoUs signed after President Zardari’s visit

KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Saturday chaired a meeting at the CM House to review memorandums of understanding signed after President Asif Ali Zardari’s recent visit to China and to speed up work on finalising and implementing them.

The meeting was convened to push forward progress on joint projects in a range of sectors and to ensure that implementation moves ahead through a structured and timely process.

The discussion focused on the memorandums of understanding reached following the president’s visit, with the provincial government seeking to accelerate efforts so the agreements can move from the signing stage towards completion and execution.

The meeting, held at the CM House, was described as part of a push to accelerate progress across multiple sectors linked to cooperation under the signed understandings.
