Netflix has announced a new round of subscription price increases across all its plans, marking its first adjustment since January 2025. The updated pricing came into effect on March 26 for new users, while existing subscribers will be informed via email about any changes to their billing cycles.
Under the revised structure, the Premium plan now costs $26.99 per month, up from $22.99. This tier continues to offer 4K and HDR streaming, ad-free viewing, spatial audio, and the ability to stream on four devices simultaneously. It also supports downloads on up to six devices and allows users to add two members who live outside their household.
The Standard ad-free plan has increased to $19.99 per month from $17.99. Subscribers on this plan can watch in HD without advertisements, stream on two devices at once, and download content on two devices. There is also an option to add one external member.
Meanwhile, the Standard plan with advertisements now costs $8.99 per month, compared to its previous price of $7.99. This plan includes HD streaming with ads, access to most of the platform’s movies, shows, and games, and supports viewing or downloading on two devices simultaneously.
In addition to subscription changes, the company has raised fees for adding extra members. Users on ad-supported plans will now pay $7.99 to add a non-household member, while those on ad-free plans will be charged $9.99 per additional user each month.
