The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced a refund policy for tickets purchased for the 2026 Pakistan Super League season, following the decision to hold matches without spectators.
According to the board, all online ticket holders will receive refunds automatically through their original payment methods, including debit cards, credit cards, JazzCash, and Easypaisa.
The refund process will begin on March 30, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 15 working days, although timelines may vary depending on individual banks and payment service providers.
The board stated that ticket holders are not required to take any action to initiate refunds, and in case of delays beyond the given timeframe, customers should contact their respective banks or payment platforms.
The decision follows the announcement that PSL 11 matches will be held behind closed doors due to a national petroleum and resource conservation situation along with regional security concerns.
The tournament will now take place at two venues, Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore and National Stadium in Karachi, instead of the initially planned six venues across multiple cities.
