ISLAMABAD: Authorities have introduced a comprehensive security plan to ensure public safety during the concluding days of Ramazan, according to an official statement.
The security arrangements have been put in place to address the increased movement of people, particularly during shopping and religious activities in the last days of the holy month. Law enforcement agencies have been directed to enhance patrolling and deploy additional personnel at key locations, including markets, mosques, and other public places.
Officials stated that the plan includes the establishment of security pickets, increased surveillance, and coordination among different security agencies. Special attention is being given to sensitive areas to prevent any untoward incidents. The deployment of plainclothes officers has also been arranged to monitor suspicious activities.
According to the official statement, police officials have been instructed to remain vigilant and ensure the smooth flow of traffic, especially in areas where large gatherings are expected.
