PPP Reaffirms Commitment to Balochistan's Development, Says Bilawal
PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has reaffirmed that Balochistan's sustainable development is a top party priority during a meeting with Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, where ongoing projects and key challenges were discussed.

PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has reiterated that sustainable development and public prosperity in Balochistan remain among the party's foremost priorities. He made these remarks during a meeting with Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti in Islamabad on Tuesday.
During the meeting, both leaders discussed the overall political situation in Balochistan, as well as strategies for development and the progress of ongoing projects in the province. Party officials stated that Chief Minister Bugti provided a detailed briefing to Mr Bhutto-Zardari on various development schemes and public welfare initiatives currently underway.
Chief Minister Bugti also updated the PPP chairman on the law and order situation in Balochistan. He highlighted the provincial government's efforts to improve infrastructure, education, healthcare, and communication networks. Additionally, he emphasized the focus on developing the coastal belt of the province.
According to officials, Chief Minister Bugti stated that the provincial government is implementing priority-based measures to ensure that the benefits of development reach remote and underdeveloped areas. He further mentioned that transparency and effective monitoring mechanisms are being put in place to oversee the progress of these initiatives.
Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, in response, reaffirmed the PPP's commitment to addressing the key challenges faced by Balochistan. He emphasized that the party considers the sustainable development of the province and the prosperity of its people as central to its agenda.
The meeting concluded with both leaders agreeing to continue close coordination on development projects and to maintain a focus on ensuring that public welfare remains a top priority in Balochistan.
