'Cheater has been exposed' Sannia Ashfaq breaks silence after Imad Wasim’s announces marriage with Nyla Raja

Sannia Ashfaq, the former wife of cricketer Imad Wasim, has publicly responded to his recent marriage announcement, making serious allegations in the wake of the news.

In a statement shared on Instagram, Sannia accused her ex-husband of betrayal and claimed he failed to consider the impact of his actions on their children. She said the truth had now come to light and demanded justice for her children, adding that they had endured significant hardship.

Her remarks followed Imad’s own social media post confirming his marriage to Nyla Raja. Reflecting on the breakdown of his first marriage, he described that period as one of the most difficult phases of his life. He suggested that his silence at the time had resulted in unfair criticism directed at Nyla.

Imad said he had chosen to remarry after careful thought, seeking a life built on peace, stability and mutual respect. He expressed gratitude for the support of his parents and said Nyla had brought strength and calm into his life, standing firmly by his decision.

He also emphasised that his foremost priority remains his children. According to Imad, fatherhood goes beyond financial responsibility and requires consistent presence, love and guidance. He shared that despite his efforts, he has been unable to see them and voiced his wish to play an active and meaningful role in their lives.

Imad announced his divorce from Sannia in December last year. The couple married in 2019 and share three children.
