Federal prosecutors appoint team to investigate influencer Sana Yousuf's murder

ISLAMABAD: Federal prosecutors have appointed a two-member team to assist in the investigation of TikTok star Sana Yousuf’s alleged murder, ensuring a meticulous preparation of the case.

The move comes after the District and Sessions Courts took a significant step in the ongoing investigation, emphasizing the importance of a thorough legal process.

The prosecution team comprises Deputy District Prosecutor Adnan Ali and Raja Naveed Kiyani, who will work alongside the investigating officer. Their role will focus on gathering crucial evidence, reviewing the investigation, and preparing a comprehensive charge sheet to be presented in court.

This appointment is expected to strengthen the case and help ensure that the investigation proceeds without delay, aiming to bring those responsible for the crime to justice.
