No bins, no sense

Universities, colleges and libraries across town are places where students and faculty members spend a significant amount of time studying. The lack of dustbins in such places is a serious issue.

Dustbins are an important part of the environment because they help maintain cleanliness. Unfortunately, educational institutes do not pay attention to the necessity of such facilities.

Due to the lack of dustbins, students throw crumpled up papers and empty wrappers on the floor. While civic sense is important, dustbins would also encourage students to use them. Many major institutes in Balochistan face this exact issue. The government should encourage institutes to comply with basic hygiene standards, including the installation of proper waste management systems.
