Neglected library

A library should be a peaceful and comfortable place to study, but the Hub Public Library is far from being such a facility. Students face multiple issues, such as lack of water and electricity, inadequate washrooms, noise disturbance and insufficient seating arrangement. The relevant authorities should manage these issues.
