Ministry urges strict adherence to Saudi laws during Hajj

MAKKAH: The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony (MoRA) on Monday advised Pakistani pilgrims to fully comply with Saudi regulations, especially during the critical Mashair days in Mina, Arafat, Muzdalifa, and Jamarah.

Ahead of Hajj starting on 8th Zilhajj (June 4), Secretary Religious Affairs Dr Syed Ataur Rehman emphasized the importance of following the instructions issued by Saudi authorities without argument.

He warned that violations of Saudi laws or engaging in prohibited activities could harm Pakistan’s reputation and stressed that individuals would be held accountable for their own actions.
