Liam Payne’s first posthumous single ‘do no wrong’ set for November 1 release

Liam Payne’s first posthumous single, Do No Wrong, is set for release on Friday, November 1. The announcement was shared by American singer-songwriter Sam Pounds, who collaborated with Payne on the track. Pounds expressed his hopes that the song will be a source of comfort, saying, “I pray this will be a blessing to the world, just like Liam always dreamed.”

Just days before the announcement, Pounds posted a preview of Do No Wrong, showing him and Payne singing together. In the clip, the pair sit by a piano as they harmonize on the lyrics: “She can do no wrong when she’s in my arms / She’s a once-in-a-lifetime love.” Payne had also hoped to bring Chris Brown on the track, describing the song as a tribute to once-in-a-lifetime love.

After Payne’s passing, Pounds shared unseen photos and videos, remembering Payne as a “happy, funny, and talented” friend. Payne, who died tragically at age 31 on October 16 in Argentina, had recently released Teardrops earlier this year, with plans for more music.

Fans and loved ones worldwide continue to pay tribute to Payne, as Do No Wrong now stands as a powerful piece of his legacy.
