Law education in Pakistan has become more like a business. Due to a dearth of public-sector law colleges across the country, private institutions have cropped up that charge hefty fee from the students, and thereby deprive those from middle and lower-middle classes of a chance to pursue the education of choice. Moreover, these law colleges take advance fee for upcoming semesters which puts an additional burden on the students as well as their parents. The relevant authorities should do something about the whole affair that is affecting many a student.
