Unnecessary closures

A number of cities in Balochistan, including Hub, Turbat, Gwadar, Quetta, Kalat and others, experienced shutdowns annou- nced by political elements unhappy with the results of recent elections. While the results were still being announced, the blame game had started, leaving the people with a sense of confusion and insecurity. Such closures should be discouraged by all concerned as they cause nothing but trouble to the people.
