Not a private road

A private university situated in Block-6, PECHS, Karachi, considers the road between its two campuses as its own private road. The university has established barriers and speed-breakers on the road, while its staff members stop the traffic as if they have joined the traffic police. It seems that they will soon put barriers at the road entrance points to block the public from coming onto the road at all. The department concerned should take due action against the university and its practices.
