University road woes

Recent rains in Karachi have badly affected the University Road, making it difficult and hazardous for students to commute to and from the university every day. They are almost always late for the classes and, on the way back, they get to their homes much later than they used to before the recent rains. Relevant quarters should take up the matter on an urgent basis.
