Sh Rashid slams govt over rising dollar rate, cabinet size

RAWALPINDI: Awami Muslim League Pakistan (AMLP) Chief Sheikh Rashid on Wednesday slammed the incumbent government over a huge number of Ministers in the cabinet.

“On the one hand, the imported government is increasing size of the cabinet on daily basis while on the other, has left the poor people at the mercy of skyrocketing rate of US dollar and flour prices”, he regretted in a series of tweets on Wednesday.

Taking to his twitter handle, the former Interior Minister Rashid said that after the electricity bills, school fee of children and house rent have gone berserk while poor people cannot light their stoves.

While talking about the duration of National Assembly, he said that the duration of assembly cannot be extended without President’s order.

Rashid went on to say that September and October are important months, while he added that everyone is after Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan to stop his journey for real independence. “Every member of the PDM and every minister of the “imported government” has developed obsession with Imran and failed to deliver any good for the masses and country”, he declared.
