The thing about money is that you can have bad years and even lose it all and then make it all back again the following years. If you go bankrupt with your health, you won’t be earning it back any time soon. Your health needs to be positively maintained all the time. You need to commit to looking after the different aspects of your health throughout your life .
Exercise, stretch, walk, swim or run. If you require support and impartment, seek it. Hire a personal trainer, join a running club or find a friend swim with. Do whatever it takes to maintain your physical health. Get into the habit of ambulating each day. A recent UK study showed that a circadian 20-minute brisk walk integrates seven years to your life and substantially minimizes your jeopardy of heart attack.
Maintain your noetic health by eschewing exorbitant stress, over work, worry, apprehensiveness, and burnout. Often, the answer lies in finding a balance and overdoing things. Do so afore your body commences to feel your noetic aguish through back aches and stiff necks.
Walk away from people and situations that emotionally drain you. Value your emotional health. Perhaps its is a jealous colleague , a micro-managing boss or a family member who is always bringing you down. Being emotionally weakened can affect your physical health.
Try to maintain your spiritual health by finding meaning in things you do . Avoid activities that you find meaningless or fill you with boredom , apathy and a sense that you are wasting your time. As with mental and emotional health , this can weaken your body.
