At least 21 Punjab Police officials tested positive for coronavirus on Sunday.
According to the details, Additional Inspector General of Police (AIG) operations told that over 60 police personnel were tested for the virus out of whom 21 tested positive, one was them was deployed in the Central Police Office (CPO) whereas the results of many others are awaited.
It is pertinent to mention here that the cops dealing with masses are at a greater risk to contract coronavirus and incidents of them contracting the infection have been reported from various parts of the country.
