KARACHI: The appointments of advisers and special assistants to Chief Minister Sindh have been challenged in Sindh High Court (SHC).
It was viewed in the petition that advisers and special assistants of Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah have been using powers as adviser and special assistants while the use of ministers’ portfolios is the right of the people’s representative.
The petition demanded to declare the appointment of advisers and special assistants as null and void.
