The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) arrested three alleged terrorists while conducting a raid in Layyah, a local news outlet reported on Wednesday.
According to reports, CTD arrested the suspects during a raid it conducted after receiving intelligence.
CTD personnel seized explosives, grenades and other ammunition from the possession of the suspects.
According to the CTD spokesperson, the terrorists belonged to a banned outfit and were planning to target sensitive installations in the area.
The suspects have been shifted to an undisclosed location for further investigation, reports claimed.
