LAHORE: 50 individuals wounded in Mirpur city of Azad Kashmir after strong earthquake tremors rocked many cities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab, including Islamabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Lahore, on Tuesday afternoon.
The 5.8-magnitude quake, which had a depth of 10km lasted for 10 seconds. The region identified by the monitoring centre was 5km north of Jhelum in Punjab.
The cities where the tremors were felt included Sialkot, Sargodha, Mansehra, Gujrat, Chitral, Malakand, Multan and parts of Azad Kashmir.
