FAISALABAD: A man had to pay heavily for quarrelling with his wife after she set the house on fire here on Thursday.
According to details, a man hailing from Tandlianwala town of Faisalabad taunted his wife over domestic disputes.
The woman got furious and she set the house on fire soon after her husband left the house for duty.
Rescue personnel and fire tenders reached the scene and started operation to extinguish the blaze.
The fire was brought under control after efforts of several hours. Meantime, precious households were burnt to ashes.
The police after registering a case against the woman have started an investigation.
