At least four people were killed while four others were seriously injured when a strike of thunderbolt fell on them in Sorgul area of Kohat district on Thursday.
According to the details, the lightning strike damaged an 11,000-volt voltage electricity transmission line, which fell on the houses nearby causing a fire to erupt in several homes.
The deceased included two women.
The local officials and rescue agencies transported the injured and bodies to District Headquarters Hospital and Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Kohat
