ABU DHABI: The death sentence ruling against the murderer of a Pakistani boy has been submitted to United Arab Emirates (UAE) President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan for approval, Khaleej Times reported on Sunday.
The capital punishment was upheld earlier by the Abu Dhabi Court of Cassation.
The court has also cancelled a previous judgment which allowed the convict to pay the blood money.
The execution will be implemented based on Islamic laws, according to a report.
The convict murdered an 11 year old boy named Azaan while disguised as a woman wearing a burqa.
