KARACHI: Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) of Sindh police on Tuesday claimed to have arrested an alleged extortionist from Shershah area of the metropolis.
According to police sources, a CTD team carried out a raid in Shershah area and arrested an alleged extortionist. The arrested accused is reportedly involved in extortion and other crimes.
The police also claimed to have recovered a Kalashnikov, a 9-MM pistol, one repeater gun and several bullets from his possession. They shifted him to an undisclosed location for further investigation.
