The Lahore High Court (LHC) has imposed a ban on continuing any commercial goings-on in the residential areas of Model Town, a private media outlet reported Thursday.
According to reports, Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi delivered the verdict in a case pertaining to commercial activities in the locality.
The court also directed owners of private educational institutions to shift their schools to some other commercial areas.
The court has granted private schools’ owners a time of six months in this regard.
