LAHORE: A court on Wednesday ordered to remove Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Naeem Safdar’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL) besides restoring his passport.
The PML-N lawmaker had earlier filed a petition seeking his removal from the ECL.
It is pertinent to note that Safdar, after the disqualification of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, had organised an anti-judiciary rally in Kasur during which derogatory remarks had been made about the judiciary.
