ZHOB/CHAMAN: A mild earthquake jolted different areas of district Zhob and Chaman on Tuesday but no causalities or property damages were reported.
According to the geological wing of PMD, tremors measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale were felt in different areas of district Zhob of Balochistan and Chaman in district Qilla Abdullah.
People rushed out of their homes, offices and shops in panic reciting Kalma-e-Tayyeba and verses from the Holy Quran.
However, no causalities or property damages were reported from any area jolted by the quake.
The epi-centre of the earthquake was stated to be 60 kilometres South of Zhob and 20 kilometres inside earth crust.
