Hyderabad Railways Employees Cooperative Housing Society affairs are to be probed by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on the orders of the Sindh High Court (SHC).
An SHC division bench comprised of Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput and Justice Mohammad Iqbal Mahar passed the order.
The petition was filed by Society Secretary Shoukat Ali, who’s counsel advocate Mohammad Humayun Khan said that even though the management’s committee’s tenure came to an end in 2016, fresh elections had not been called.
