ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Rai Hassan Nawaz was disqualified for life by the Supreme Court (SC).
A two-member bench of the SC headed by Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed decided the case.
Nawaz in 2013 had won from Sahiwal’s NA-162 on a PTI ticket but was disqualified in 2015.
The PTI leader had been accused of being a loan defaulter and concealing his assets in his nomination papers.
